We are a leading staffing company dedicated to delivering top talent across the Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, and Engineering industries. We're looking for a highly motivated US Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team on-site from Day 1.

About the Role:

As a US Bench Sales Recruiter, you will engage with top bench talent across the USA, drive new client/vendor partnerships, and support staffing needs for roles such as Quality Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Validation Engineer, and Regulatory Engineer. This role demands strong relationship-building, industry awareness, and a proactive sales mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive bench sales for Medical Device, Pharma, and Engineering consultants.
• Identify, qualify, and engage top talent across the US market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.
• Acquire new business opportunities to expand company partnerships.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory developments.
• Assist in resume preparation and submissions to clients.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of Bench Sales experience (IT background preferred).
• Strong industry contacts and a vendor/client network are a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record in talent placement and business acquisition.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Highly self-driven, target-oriented, and motivated to succeed.
