Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented US Accounting professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in accounting, particularly in US GAAP, and will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and records in compliance with US GAAP.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Strong understanding of US GAAP and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
