Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced CAS Manager with strong expertise in US Accounting and Client Accounting Services (CAS). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing US clients, overseeing end-to-end accounting processes, and leading a team. The candidate should have strong experience working with QuickBooks and either be QuickBooks Certified or willing to obtain certification before joining.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounting and bookkeeping for US-based clients.
- Review and oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Handle general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Supervise and mentor a team of accountants and senior associates.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with US GAAP standards.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Coordinate with US clients and internal stakeholders for accounting deliverables.
- Review bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Implement and improve accounting workflows, controls, and processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
- 5+ years of experience in US Accounting / CAS services.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and accounting principles.
- Hands-on experience working with QuickBooks (Online/Desktop).
- QuickBooks Certification preferred OR willingness to obtain certification before joining.
- Experience working with US CPA firms or US-based clients.
- Strong team management and client communication skills.
