Job Description

  • Process payroll for all employees accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with federal and state laws and regulations.
  • Maintain and update accurate employee records, including hours worked, pay rates, deductions, and benefits information.
  • Review and reconcile payroll reports, including tax filings, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and tax withholding.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Assist in developing and implementing payroll policies and procedures.
  • Process employee time-off requests and accurately track accrued and used time-off.
  • Manage the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, 401(k) plans, and other programs.
  • Ensure confidentiality and discretion in handling employee payroll and benefit information.
  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to improve payroll and accounting processes.
