Job Description

  • Handle end-to-end US bookkeeping for multiple clients
  • Manage Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable processes.
  • Perform Bank, Credit Card & Loan Reconciliations.
  • Process and manage US Payroll (weekly/bi-weekly/monthly)
  • Prepare and file Sales & Use Tax returns.
  • Maintain General Ledger and perform journal entries.
  • Prepare Monthly, Quarterly & Year-End financial statements.
  • Assist in Finalization of Accounts.
  • Coordinate with US clients for accounting queries and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with US accounting standards and tax regulations.
  • Work on accounting software like QuickBooks (Online/Desktop), Xero
