Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site (Night Shift) Accountant role based in Delhi, India. The selected candidate will handle day-to-day financial operations, including managing accounts payable/receivable, performing reconciliations, and preparing financial reports. Responsibilities also include payroll management, tax filing preparation, and ensuring compliance with IRS regulations. Additionally, the Accountant will assist with setting up and maintaining financial systems such as QuickBooks and Xero and provide insights through cash flow analysis.

Qualifications

• Expertise in bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Xero, including setup, training, and management
• Skilled in payroll processing, tax preparation, and IRS compliance
• Strong analytical capabilities in financial data interpretation and cash flow analysis
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required
• CPA qualification or equivalent certification is a plus
• Experience with small business financial management is beneficial
• Proficiency in general accounting principles and applicable software
