We are looking for a US accountant who can handle end-to-end accounting for US clients. The role involves managing day-to-day bookkeeping, invoicing, accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), and preparing monthly and yearly financial statements. This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy owning the complete accounting cycle and working closely with US businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and process customer invoices
- Handle accounts receivable (AR) including follow-ups and aging
- Manage accounts payable (AP) including vendor bills and payments
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
- Record daily bookkeeping entries in accounting software
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow statements).
- Support the month-end and year-end closing
