AMR Tech Park in Bommanahalli is urgently hiring for the position of Telecaller. We are looking for motivated individuals with 1-9 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for customer service.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers.
- Provide product information and answer queries related to services offered.
- Schedule appointments for sales representatives as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
- Achieve daily and monthly targets set by the management.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a positive relationship with customers.
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong listening skills and ability to understand customer needs.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
