Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their jewelry needs and preferences.
- Provide expert advice on jewelry selection, care, and maintenance.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by promoting jewelry products effectively.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor and display cases.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Stay updated on the latest jewelry trends, styles, and product knowledge.
Skills and Qualifications
- 4-12 years of experience in jewelry sales or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers effectively.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Knowledge of different types of jewelry and gemstones.
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for jewelry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and handling cash transactions.
