Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services
- Clearly communicate product features, benefits, and pricing in both Tamil and English
- Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions to drive conversions and sales
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and other sources
- Achieve and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Handle customer objections confidently and close sales effectively
- Provide excellent customer service by answering queries and resolving concerns promptly
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, product information, or support
- Share customer feedback with the team for continuous improvement

- Excellent communication and persuasion skills in Tamil and English
- Confident, energetic, and motivated to meet sales targets
- Strong listening skills and the ability to build rapport over the phone
- Self-driven with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools or sales software
