Salary - 12,000 in hand to 18,000 in hand + Incentives
Responsibilities -
- Make outbound calls to customers using a manual/auto dialer.
- Contact customers who have visited our website for used small commercial loading vehicles or have met our field team.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend the nearest 91 Truck Store for their needs.
- Schedule customer visits to the suggested store and follow up accordingly.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries.
- Work on multiple processes, including customer service, data entry, and data management in Google Sheets.
- Maintain and update customer records accurately.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Meet and exceed performance metrics, including quality and productivity targets.
