Urgent Requirement - Tech Recruiter || Publicis Groupe

We have this role available in Gurgaon, Bangalore & Mumbai locations. We are looking for an experienced Tech Recruiter to drive end-to-end hiring for technology roles. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in sourcing high-quality talent using platforms like GitHub and other innovative channels along with a deep understanding of tech roles and market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical roles (sourcing to offer closure)
• Proactively source candidates through GitHub, LinkedIn, Stack Overflow, and other niche platforms
• Use advanced sourcing techniques such as Boolean search, X-ray search, and talent mapping
• Screen candidates for technical skills, cultural fit, and role alignment
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role expectations and hiring needs
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Track and report hiring metrics and maintain recruitment data

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in technical recruitment
• Proven experience in sourcing from GitHub and other developer platforms
• Strong understanding of software development roles, technologies, and skill sets
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS tools
• Expertise in Boolean search and sourcing strategies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment
