Job Description

Role & responsibilities:-

  • Development & implementation of ongoing training plan for Nursing dept. based on
  • requirement and audit findings.
  • Organizing trainings through LMS and tracking attendance
  • Pre & Post training evaluation of the staff
  • Develops and delivers/coordinates other educational programs as directed
  • Conducts/coordinates / assists in the Nursing audits
  • Assist in developing the evidence based policies and protocols to ensure compliance
  • Assist in staff competency assessment, recruitment, deployment & privileging
  • Participates in quality performance improvement activities.

Preferred candidate profile:-

Qualification- Minimum GNM / B.Sc. Nursing

Experience -1- 2 Yrs. Clinical experience + Minimum 1 year in nursing education / nursing training dept.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required :

  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of protocol, procedures, and standards within area of nursing expertise.
  • Ability to assess educational needs and design and develop training content
  • Good communication Skills
  • Hand on experience of Microsoft word, excel and PPT
