Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Urgent Requirement for Branch Manager - Pune located in the Bangalore Urban district. The Branch Manager will be responsible for leading and supervising branch operations, driving sales and attaining profitability. They will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, partners, and vendors, and ensuring compliance with all company policies, guidelines, and procedures.

Qualifications

. Tpa experience is a must

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance or relevant field
• Familiarity with financial products, services, and regulations
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and profitability
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving abilities
