Job Responsibilities:-
- Welcome and assist customers visiting the bank.
- Guide customers to the appropriate counters or departments.
- Provide information about digital banking services and procedures.
- Help customers fill out forms and applications.
- Handle basic customer queries politely and professionally.
- Report customer issues or concerns to bank staff.
- Provide information about ATM card uses.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow bank rules.

Graduation and Computer Knowledge.
Age:- 21 to 30 yrs.

- Must have experience in banking.
- Demonstrated good communication skills and basic computer handling.
- Experienced in banking finance department or other finance industry.
- Experienced in assisting customers with banking queries and guiding them to appropriate service counters.
- Managed customer flow and maintained smooth service operations at the help desk.
