- Ensure proper lead management and conversion through agents.
Sales & Targets:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Compliance & Operations:
- Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and regulatory norms.
- Maintain documentation and reports as per organizational standards.
Customer Relationship:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through agent servicing.
- Resolve customer grievances in a timely and effective manner.
