Operations Head Cloud Kitchen Catering
Location: Gurgaon / Delhi NCR
Reporting To: Founder / CEO
- Oversee daily operations across all cloud kitchens; ensure quality, hygiene, and speed standards
- Drive daily and monthly sales targets via aggregators and direct channels
- Execute end-to-end catering operations including planning, production, logistics, and staffing
- Own kitchen-level profitability including food cost, labour efficiency, and contribution margins
- Develop and implement SOPs for production, dispatch, quality control, and wastage reduction
- Hire, train, and manage kitchen managers and staff
- Negotiate and manage supplier relationships; optimise procurement costs
- Lead new kitchen launches and ensure breakeven within defined timelines
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 5-8 years in QSR / Cloud Kitchen / FB operations
- Experience managing multiple outlets preferred
- Strong understanding of food cost %, labour %, and contribution margins
- Comfortable with Swiggy/Zomato dashboards and data analytics
- Hands-on leader willing to be present on-ground
- Catering operations experience preferred
