Understand customer requirements and recommend need-based Insurance and Mutual Fund products.
Explain product features clearly and close sales on the same call wherever possible.
Build trust and rapport with prospects to improve conversion rate.
Ensure timely follow-ups on interested leads to improve closure probability.
Coordinate with internal teams for complex cases or escalations when required.
Update CRM with accurate remarks, dispositions, and follow-up information.
Achieve daily and monthly sales and productivity targets.

Basic proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools, and lead dispositioning.
Understanding of Health Insurance, Life Insurance, General Insurance and Mutual Funds.

Eligibility
Candidate must be a graduate with any degree.
2–4 years of proven experience in tele-sales or insurance sales, with a strong track record of conversions and target achievement; candidates from the insurance sector will be an added advantage.
