Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and creative Visual Designer with 2–3 years of experience to join a fast-growing data integration startup in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-impact marketing campaigns and collateral that elevate the brand's presence across digital and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and design campaigns

• Design responsive websites, email templates, pitch decks, ad creatives, blogs, and branding materials

• Create user-friendly visual designs that are easy to read, understand, and navigate

• Design product and feature promotions that clearly communicate value to users

• Work closely with cross-functional teams such as product designers, managers, and front-end developers

• Measure and iterate on design effectiveness based on user engagement and performance metrics

• Manage visual consistency and brand identity across all platforms

• Contribute to the overall creative vision and culture of the team
