Excellent understanding of UX theory and User Centric Design (UCD) processes
Excellent concept ualisation and technology solutioning skills based on understanding of Client Business requirements and Analytics
Quality experience in UX Conceptualisation and Design for Web, Mobile, Desktop and Innovative Media Applications
Skilled in highly dynamic and Iterative User Interface prototyping and/or demonstrated skill in UI Designing
Ability to graphically visualise data and draw insights to apply in betterment of UX and to simplify complex data representations to create an intuitive experience by lessening the cognitive load of the user
Ability to work on an iterative basis, and refining mock-ups according to the client feedback. Ability to quickly grasp and distill highly complex user design issues into clean, understandable solutions
Candidate Profile
BE / BTech / BSc. IT / B.Des would be preferred but is not mandatory
Certifications in Web
Minimum 2-3 years experience as UX Designer
Business Understanding Good understanding of softwares, and Latest standards in the field of UX
Team player, Ability to work in a fast paced environment, Ability to work long hours & multitask.
