We are looking for a skilled Time & Labor professional to join our team in Noida. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and processing employee time and attendance data, as well as ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Process employee time and attendance data in a timely and accurate manner
• Resolve any discrepancies or issues with timekeeping records
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Generate reports on employee time and attendance data
• Provide support to managers and employees on time and attendance related issues
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee time and attendance data
• Collaborate with HR and payroll teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of employee data

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Accounting, Business Administration or related field
• 2-5 years of experience in time and labor management
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in India
• Experience with time and attendance software and systems
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
