Job Summary

The Global Inside Sales Manager will lead and manage a 50-member inside sales team, supporting $30 million in annual sales. This role requires an experienced leader to build a high-performance sales environment aligned with global standards and KPIs, driving revenue growth and ensuring individual and team success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a 50-member global inside sales team
  • Drive the team to achieve $30 million in annual revenue
  • Establish and implement inside sales best practices
  • Set sales targets in coordination with the Global Head of Sales
  • Personally meet or exceed individual sales KPIs
  • Coach, mentor, and develop team members for continuous improvement
  • Conduct performance monitoring and regular reviews
  • Create a professional and motivating team culture
  • Ensure team-wide achievement of KPIs and SLA compliance
  • Collaborate with global and local leadership (Chicago & Bangalore)
