The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting training sessions on various processes and procedures to new hires and existing employees. The candidate should have a strong background in training delivery, with an ability to create effective training material and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions on various processes and procedures to new hires and existing employees
• Create and maintain training material such as presentations, handouts, and assessments
• Provide feedback and coaching to trainees to ensure they are meeting performance expectations
• Collaborate with managers and other trainers to identify training needs and develop effective training programs
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to improve training outcomes

Skills and Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in training delivery in a corporate environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design
• Ability to create effective training material and assessments
