Job Details
Role: NOC Engineer
Experience: 1+ years
Location: Bangalore (officebased, 5 days/week)
Qualification: Graduation
Key Requirements
A Master's or bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), Computer Science (CS), Telecommunication, or an equivalent discipline with a minimum of 60% is required.
- Preferred certifications include CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE, along with experience in Cisco Switches and Routers.
- Experience with Ruckus, Aruba, Mojo, Cisco, Ubiquity, Meraki, or Ericsson (Wireless Access Controller & Wireless Access Points) is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Proficiency in network diagnostics is a plus.
- Experience of Multiple OEM's (Ruckus, Mojo, Cisco), and familiarity with Wireless Access Controller and Wireless Access Points is considered a valuable advantage.
- Having CCNA & CCNP Certification is an additional advantage.
Manages and upholds the health and uptime of Access Points (APs), servers, routers, switches, firewalls, and related infrastructure operating systems and applications (e.g., User Management, Backup, Anti-Virus, Email, etc.).
Possesses basic knowledge of 3GPP and RFC standards, as well as 802.11 standards and protocols.
- Demonstrates understanding of EAP-SIM, AKA, TLS/TTLS.
