Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly driven Digital Marketing Head to take full ownership of funnel marketing, drive exponential growth in paid signups, and enhance the company's digital brand. This role will require cross-functional collaboration, marketing innovation, and execution expertise in a fast-growing B2B/SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take complete ownership of funnel marketing and associated KPIs
- Lead initiatives to scale the funnel 100x and increase conversion rates of paid signups
- Enhance the company's brand through thought leadership and content strategy
- Maintain and monitor a near real-time KPI dashboard for all marketing channels
- Strategically manage the marketing budget for maximum return on investment
- Collaborate closely with sales, product development, and strategy teams to ensure alignment and unified direction
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in building and scaling marketing teams in a B2B/SaaS company
- Demonstrated success in driving exponential growth through inbound marketing strategies
- At least 5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in the B2B/SaaS space
- Skilled in managing or executing PPC, influencer marketing, SEO, email marketing, content marketing, and social media
- Proficient with tools and techniques for deep analytics, A/B testing, conversion optimization, and marketing automation
- Strong understanding of the full customer journey from landing page to sign-up and onboarding
- Broad knowledge of digital PR and online brand management
