Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and experienced operations professional with 5–6 years of relevant experience in the travel and destination management industry. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in travel operations, customer service, and vendor coordination, and capable of ensuring operational excellence across international tour programs.
Key Responsibilities
• Schedule and assign Tour Managers for various travel programs
• Maintain and monitor tour costs in alignment with the Standard Operating Model (SOM)
• Ensure smooth customer service and manage space allocation during tours
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal operations teams
• Cross-verify invoices and manage claim-related breakages
• Address customer complaints during travel and ensure timely resolution
• Monitor and optimize Gross Operating Profit (GOP) for tours
• Improve staff productivity and operational efficiency
• Coordinate with suppliers and Destination Management Companies (DMCs)
• Manage pre-departure formalities by coordinating with corporate clients and travelers
