Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Sales Executive to manage dealer networks and increase market penetration for the Auxiliary Power Business in southern markets. The role requires strong operational, planning, and execution skills across inventory, receivables, customer satisfaction, and sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets through effective dealer network management within the allotted region
  • Support dealer development by enhancing the capabilities of dealer personnel
  • Conduct demand planning for optimal inventory and ensure timely receivables
  • Maintain sales order generation as per monthly and quarterly plans
  • Drive market penetration with a focus on institutional and retail sales
  • Address and resolve customer complaints to improve CAPS (Customer Assessment of Performance Score)
  • Coordinate fortnightly with the service team to enhance customer satisfaction and generate repeat business
  • Lead and monitor promotional campaigns, analyze feedback, and implement corrective actions
  • Ensure timely C-form collection from dealers
  • Identify operational hindrances and advise management on corrective/preventive actions
  • Execute additional tasks as assigned by management based on business requirements
