Job Summary:
We are looking for a committed and persuasive client servicing professional to act as the brand custodian for assigned clients. The ideal candidate should be capable of leading client interactions, managing deliverables from briefing to execution, and contributing to both strategy and creative development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the brand custodian for assigned clients and ensure consistent brand communication
- Manage day-to-day client servicing, from understanding briefs to execution and delivery
- Coordinate with internal teams (planning, creative, media, finance) and ensure timely execution
- Work with the planning team to contribute to brand strategy and campaign planning
- Build and maintain strong client relationships at appropriate levels
- Ensure timely delivery, billing, collections, and stakeholder management
- Collaborate effectively across internal departments to maintain operational smoothness
- Drive excellent commercial and project management across client accounts
- Contribute to award-worthy creative work and campaign ideas
- Promote the agency's capabilities to clients and help expand business opportunities
- Achieve recognition of agency work from clients and within the industry
- Support the manager in handling new business pitches and proposals
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in advertising, branding, or integrated marketing communication
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with a pleasant and persuasive personality
- Goal-oriented with the ability to lead teams and deliver results under pressure
- MBA / PGDBA or graduate with relevant experience in client servicing or brand management
- Deep understanding of branding, communication, and agency processes
