Job Summary:
We are looking for a senior creative professional with a strong copy background to lead the creative output for the Bangalore branch. This role involves collaborating closely with the Branch Director to conceptualize and deliver impactful advertising campaigns and creative strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Branch Director to develop innovative marketing ideas and advertising campaigns
- Analyze market trends and data to keep creative output relevant and effective
- Make final decisions on copy, art, and commercial content
- Lead and support new business pitches and creative presentations
- Oversee the execution of integrated campaigns across media formats
- Guide and mentor the creative team to ensure quality and consistency
Candidate Profile:
- Well-versed in both the creative and business sides of advertising
- Minimum 8 years of experience in art and copy roles
- Strong process orientation with attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Proven client relationship management abilities
- Strong team and people management capabilities
