Strong proficiency in SAP ABAP programming, including experience in reports, forms (SAP script, Smart Forms, Adobe Forms), and custom module development.
Experience in HR-specific ABAP development, including Personality Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Payroll (PY), Time Management (TM), Employee Self-Service (ESS), and Manager Self-Service (MSS).
Knowledge of SAP HCM (HR) workflows, enhancements, and configurations.
Experience with ABAP Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
Understanding of IDocs, BAPIs, and RFCs for SAP HR data integration.
Familiarity with SAP HR module configuration and functionalities.
Understanding of HR business processes, including employee data management, payroll processing, time management, and recruitment.
Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors integration is a plus (cloud HR solutions).
