Job Description

  • Provide application and production support, troubleshooting issues in a live environment
  • Collaborate with business users to gather, understand, and document functional and technical requirements
  • Write clear and detailed functional and technical specifications for business processes
  • Design, write, and maintain scripts using SQL, PowerShell, VBScript, and command line tools
  • Develop and maintain small to medium features or utilities using C# or Java
  • Analyze database performance, write and optimize complex SQL queries and stored procedures
  • Assist in deployment, monitoring, and performance tuning of supported applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, infrastructure, and business analysts
  • Participate in incident management, root cause analysis, and preventive solution planning
  • Maintain detailed documentation of changes, support tickets, and development tasks
