Position: Pharmacist

Location: Rajkot (On-Site)

Overview

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Pharmacist to manage retail dispensing operations, billing, inventory, and coordination with dealers and wholesalers. The role requires accuracy, regulatory awareness, and smooth handling of day-to-day pharmacy operations.

Key Responsibilities

Handle walk-in retail customers professionally and ensure correct dispensing of medicines.

Pack, label, and process orders received through online portals with accuracy and compliance.

Generate invoices for products sold and ensure proper documentation.

Manage inventory, including stock entry, stock movement, and reconciliation.

Coordinate with dealers and wholesalers for timely purchasing and dispatch of products.

Handle central billing activities, including GST challans and related records.

Ensure adherence to pharmacy regulations, billing norms, and internal processes.

Qualifications

B.Pharm / M.Pharm / D.Pharm qualification with valid pharmacist registration.

Basic understanding of billing systems and GST documentation.

Experience in retail pharmacy operations preferred.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to manage inventory and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Basic computer knowledge for billing and portal order handling.
