Urgent hiring of SAP Fusion HCM Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP Fusion HCM Functional Consultant with expertise in Core HR and Time & Labour modules. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the SAP Fusion HCM suite, specifically in managing and implementing Core HR and Time & Labour functionalities. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements, provide solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Implementation & Configuration:

• Lead the end-to-end implementation and configuration of SAP Fusion HCM modules, including Core HR and Time & Labour.
• Customize and configure HR and Time & Labour modules to meet client-specific requirements.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems and applications.

Business Requirements Analysis:

• Engage with clients and stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and provide best practices and recommendations to address business needs.
• Prepare and maintain functional design documents, ensuring alignment with project goals.

Solution Design & Development:

• Design and develop comprehensive solutions for Core HR and Time & Labour processes.
• Configure business processes, workflows, and interfaces within the SAP Fusion HCM environment.
• Participate in the creation of test scripts, conduct testing (UT, SIT, UAT), and manage issue resolution.
