As a leading outsourcing partners, we are hiring a Lead Java Backend Developer to work on a project for our client, which is the largest provider of telecoms and mobile money services in 14 countries spanning Sub-Saharan, Central, and Western Africa.

Purpose of the Job:

To lead the design and development of scalable enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture, while driving system design, high-level design, and ensuring strong coding standards through DSA-driven problem solving. The role will also mentor junior developers and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

Job Details:

• Experience: 710 years of relevant experience in Java development
• CTC Bracket: Max upto 35 LPA
• Qualification: BE / B.Tech / MCA / M.Tech
• Location: Gurugram (WFO - 5 days)
• Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days (candidates with Notice Period less than 30 days preferred)

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in Core Java (Java 8+).
• Expertise in Spring Boot and Microservices development.
• Strong knowledge of DSA (Data Structures & Algorithms) with problem-solving skills.
• Solid experience in System Design and High-Level Design (HLD).

Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of OOPs, Multithreading, Collections, JVM concepts.
• Experience in designing scalable and distributed systems.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, Git, Maven/Gradle.
• Strong communication and stakeholder handling skills.
• Ability to mentor developers and review code quality.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end development of applications using Java + Spring Boot + Microservices.
• Design and deliver scalable system architecture, including HLD and LLD.
• Participate in requirement analysis and convert business needs into technical solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, reusable, and testable code following best practices.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Work closely with Product, QA, DevOps, and Architecture teams for smooth delivery.
• Ensure application performance, security, and scalability in production environments.
• Mentor junior developers and guide the team on best development practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide quick resolutions.
