Purpose of role:

To own and drive the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for our outsourcing clients, specializing in hiring high-quality tech talent to meet and exceed business demands.

Job Details:

  • Experience: 35 years of relevant experience in IT Recruitment, preferably with outsourcing clients
  • CTC Bracket: Competitive, aligned with industry standards
  • Qualification: Graduation is must
  • Location: Delhi NCR (Work from Office). Candidates from other locations can be considered for Work from Home
  • Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days (Candidates with notice period of less than 30 days are preferred)

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Proven experience in hiring for outsourcing clients
  • Must have recruited for IT profiles likeBig Data Engineers, Project Managers, Backend Engineers, Product Owners, etc.
  • Candidate must have their own laptop
  • Must have incentive proof of past hiring achievements

Skills Required:

  • Strong expertise in full-cycle IT recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, closure)
  • Ability to understand technical requirements and effectively engage with tech candidates
  • Experience working with ATS, LinkedIn, Naukri and other sourcing tools
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Self-driven and able to work independently in a target-driven environment

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment for outsourcing clients across various technical roles (Big Data, Project Management, Backend Engineering, Product, etc.)
  • Source, screen, interview, and shortlist qualified candidates
  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth hiring process
  • Maintain recruitment dashboards and provide regular updates on hiring status
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly hiring targets with a focus on quality and turnaround time
