Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver process training to new hires and existing employees
  • Develop and update training content, manuals, and SOPs
  • Conduct regular refresher and upskilling sessions
  • Monitor trainee performance and provide feedback during OJT (On-the-Job Training)
  • Identify training gaps and work with operations to bridge them
  • Maintain training records, assessments, and reports
  • Collaborate with quality and operations teams to ensure alignment on process updates
  • Ensure timely completion of training batches with performance tracking

Candidate Profile:

  • 2 to 7 years of experience in process training, preferably in BPO, customer service, or technical domains
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills
  • Good understanding of training needs analysis and adult learning principles
  • Ability to manage multiple batches and adapt to dynamic business requirements
  • Experience with LMS tools and basic reporting is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
