We are urgently hiring an IT Recruiter for our team in Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in IT recruitment and will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring talented IT professionals to meet our organizational needs.
Responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates for their technical and cultural fit.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer negotiation.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and progress.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop job descriptions.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future openings.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-4 years of experience in IT recruitment or a related field.
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and recruitment processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms for recruitment purposes.
