We are urgently hiring for the position of Air Ticketing Executive in our airport operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing ticket bookings, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth coordination with airline partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process ticket bookings and cancellations for customers.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients regarding their travel needs.
• Coordinate with airlines and travel partners to ensure accurate and timely ticket issuance.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to ticketing and reservations.
• Maintain accurate records of ticket sales and customer interactions in the system.
• Stay updated on airline policies, procedures, and regulations.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or related field.
• 1-9 years of experience in airline ticketing, reservations, or customer service roles.
• Strong knowledge of airline ticketing systems and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ticketing software. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
