We are urgently seeking an Air Ticketing Specialist to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-10+ years of experience in the travel industry and will be responsible for assisting customers with booking air tickets, providing travel information, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in booking domestic and international flight tickets
• Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, fares, and travel policies
• Handle ticket cancellations, modifications, and refunds
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline regulations and promotional offers
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues related to air travel
• Prepare and manage travel itineraries for clients
• Coordinate with airlines and travel partners for seamless service delivery

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-10 years of experience in air ticketing or travel industry
• Proficiency in Global Distribution Systems (GDS) like Amadeus, Sabre.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities
• Customer service-oriented mindset
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Basic knowledge of travel regulations and airline policies

Experience

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred

Freshers with strong GDS training and practical exposure may also apply.
