🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day operations for the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance vertical.
- Manage teams with accountability for KPIs, SLAs, and daily operations.
- Prepare & review MIS reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Drive process improvements while ensuring compliance with business standards.
- Handle client interactions and work closely with cross-functional teams.
🔹 Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in Property & Casualty Insurance.
- 2+ years of proven team-handling experience.
- Strong expertise in process management, reporting & MIS.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Prior BPO/KPO experience preferred.
- Graduation is mandatory.
