💰 Compensation: Up to 13 LPA (based on last drawn)
🏢 Work Mode: Work from Office (WFO)
Shift: US Shifts
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead day-to-day operations for the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance vertical.
  • Manage teams with accountability for KPIs, SLAs, and daily operations.
  • Prepare & review MIS reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
  • Drive process improvements while ensuring compliance with business standards.
  • Handle client interactions and work closely with cross-functional teams.
🔹 Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in Property & Casualty Insurance.
  • 2+ years of proven team-handling experience.
  • Strong expertise in process management, reporting & MIS.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Prior BPO/KPO experience preferred.
  • Graduation is mandatory.
