Who you are & how you can contribute

We are looking for a Freelance AI Trainer with a strong background in Urdu Creative Writing. This role involves improving AI-generated narratives, dialogues, and literary structures through RLHF and SFT techniques. The position is remote and highly flexible.

What you will be doing

• Assess AI-generated Urdu creative writing for coherence, tone, and originality.
• Provide feedback to enhance narrative flow and stylistic elements.
• Annotate and review texts to ensure linguistic accuracy.
• Collaborate with AI researchers to improve AI's creative expression.

Must Required Traits:

• Background in Urdu Creative Writing, English Literature, Journalism, or a related field.
• Experience in writing, editing, or content creation is preferred.
• Familiarity with AI, storytelling, and natural language processing is beneficial.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
