Upwork Project Manager

Role and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with company managers and their teams to understand and document requirements and budgets.
• Create sourcing requirements online (e.g., post requirements on Upwork), including defining the requirement, planning milestones, and finalizing vendors/partners.
• Monitor projects closely, acting as a liaison between suppliers and internal teams, addressing delays, and ensuring smooth progress.
• Execute projects from start to finish, coordinating with the Finance Team for payments.
• Constantly browse freelance websites and portals to identify new talent sources.
• Periodically review vendor work quality, provide feedback on issues, and identify replacements if improvements are not met.

Who You Could Be Background and Experience

• 46 years of experience in content sourcing, preferably within online, gaming, or entertainment industries.
• Proven ability in understanding dependencies, resource management, and communication.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on the execution and planning of tasks.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple small projects simultaneously.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce or higher.
• Certification in Project Management preferred.
