Role Overview:

We are looking for a Business Development Executive with hands-on experience in Upwork / freelance bidding to join our team.

Only candidates with experience in online bidding (Upwork/Freelancer) should apply. This is not a field sales or telecalling role.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and bid on relevant IT projects via freelance platforms

Write customised, high-converting proposals

Handle client communication and convert leads into projects

Collaborate with internal teams for smooth project execution

Requirements:

24 years of experience in IT sales / online bidding

Proven ability to write winning proposals

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Experience with web/app/digital marketing projects
