Job Description

Responsibilities:

Perform Windows and SQL Server administration tasks in enterprise environments.
Execute application installations, upgrades, and maintenance for client systems.
Manage end-to-end upgrade activities for customer applications within defined timelines.
Provide technical support and guidance to clients, including IT administrators and senior stakeholders.
Coordinate with customers during product release readiness, installation, and upgrade cycles.
Ensure system stability, availability, and compliance during upgrade operations.
Work on hardware and Microsoft OS management in networked environments.
Support business continuity, disaster recovery, and storage-related operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
