Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of software developers, providing technical guidance and professional development.
Collaborate with project managers, product managers, and stakeholders to define, prioritize, and plan technical projects.
Design, develop, and implement complex software systems, ensuring high quality and timely delivery.
Participate in requirement analysis, software development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Debug and fix issues in existing code to maintain system stability and performance.
Develop comprehensive documentation throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Apply Agile methodologies to manage project progress and deliverables.
