KAVACH is a non-profit movement emphasizing the urgent need for mandatory self-defense and civil defense training in schools to ensure the safety and preparedness of every child. With alarming statistics from NCRB-linked surveys highlighting the prevalence of childhood sexual assault, KAVACH advocates for 30 minutes of structured training to instill awareness, confidence, and resilience in young individuals. The mission includes providing equal empowerment for all children and creating safer schools while reducing vulnerability through education and preparedness. KAVACH stands as a responsibility, a shield, and a movement dedicated to fostering courage and security among children.

This full-time, remote role seeks passionate and talented individuals to serve as unpaid Actors and Actresses for KAVACH's awareness campaigns and training programs. The role involves acting in educational videos, dramatic reenactments, and other creative visual content focused on promoting child and women safety awareness. Participants will collaborate with a team to create impactful narratives that inspire and educate children, parents, and institutions about protection, empowerment, and self-defense.

• Acting and Drama skills to effectively convey emotions and narrate impactful stories in educational content
• Experience or interest in Music and Film Production to enhance campaign quality and presentation
• Familiarity with Casting processes and the ability to adapt to various roles and scenarios
• A strong passion for child safety, women's empowerment, and social impact initiatives
• Ability to work collaboratively, meet production timelines, and showcase creativity
• Prior experience in advocacy or education-related projects is a plus
