Hiring: Unity Developer (AR/VR) | 13 Years

Neura AI (Wundrsight Health) is building the next generation of AI-powered VR rehabilitation and immersive healthcare platforms, used by hospitals, rehab centers, and patients across India and globally. We are looking for a Unity Developer (13 years) who is excited about working at the intersection of healthcare, XR, and applied AI.
This role offers hands-on ownership of production-grade VR applications and exposure to cutting-edge AR/VR use cases beyond healthcare.
What You'll Work On
- Develop and maintain VR rehabilitation applications using Unity (Android / Standalone VR).
- Build interactive therapy environments, exercises, and simulations for physio and neuro-rehab use cases.
- Integrate Unity apps with backend APIs, AI modules, and analytics pipelines.
- Optimize applications for performance, latency, and stability on VR devices.
- Collaborate closely with product, clinical, design, and AI teams to translate therapy protocols into immersive experiences.
- Contribute to experimental AR/VR projects beyond rehab, including simulations, training, and immersive interfaces.
Required Skills & Experience
- 13 years of hands-on experience with Unity (C#).
- Strong understanding of game loops, physics, animations, prefabs, and scene management.
- Experience building apps for Android or standalone VR platforms.
- Solid fundamentals in 3D math, transforms, vectors, and coordinate systems.
- Familiarity with performance optimization (draw calls, memory, FPS).
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
Good to Have
- Experience with VR devices (Quest / Pico / similar).
- Exposure to AR/VR interaction design and UX best practices.
- Basic knowledge of REST APIs, backend integration, or analytics.
- Experience working with 3D assets, animations, or shaders.
- Prior work in healthcare, fitness, training, or simulation domains.
