We're looking for a Unity Developer Intern to join our team and work on internal projects that push what's possible with real-time 3D. You'll be building shipping features, solving real problems, and learning by doing alongside a team that actually wants to help you grow.
What you'll be doing
- Developing interactive experiences and tools in Unity (C#)
- Contributing to internal projects from prototype to polish
- Creating and optimising 3D assets (mainly environment)
- Collaborating with designers, developers, and stakeholders to bring ideas to life
What we're looking for
- Good working knowledge of Unity and C#
- Familiarity with the Unity editor, prefabs, physics, UI systems, and asset pipelines
- Some 3D modelling experience (at least ability to model inorganic assets; ability to model characters would be an added bonus).
- A portfolio or demo reel that shows us what you've built (game jams, personal projects, coursework, etc)
- Curiosity, initiative, and a bias toward building over theorising
Nice to have
- XR development experience especially building for Meta Quest 2/3 (or similar headsets)
- Experience with shaders, VFX, or lighting in Unity
- Familiarity with version control (Git)
- Understanding of optimisation for real-time performance
- Experience with any game or simulation shipped to an audience (even a small one)
