This position is strictly based at our factory location. Only candidates who are comfortable commuting and willing to work from this location should apply.

Job Summary:

We're hiring an experienced Unity Developer (47 yrs) with strong skills in vehicle simulation, physics modeling, and industrial/military-grade simulation. You'll collaborate with our R&D team on advanced simulators, including 6 DoF motion platforms, driver/drone simulators and weapon training modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop realistic vehicle simulations using Unity physics and scripting
• Create custom physics/input systems for high realism
• Integrate with motion platforms and hardware systems
• Optimize performance for PC/embedded systems
• Implement serial communication (Arduino, CAN bus, etc.)
• Build intuitive UI/UX for instructors and trainees
• Ensure precise input-response timing

Required Skills:

• 47 years Unity3D (C#) experience
• Strong in Unity Physics, Wheel Colliders, Rigidbody, Vehicle Control
• Background in vehicle dynamics, terrain/driving simulation
• Real-time protocol knowledge (TCP/IP, UDP)
• Hardware interface familiarity (sensors, CAN, joystick, etc.)
• Team-oriented in fast-paced environments

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in defense/automotive/aerospace/training simulation
• Exposure to 26 DoF motion platforms
• Knowledge of Unity DOTS/ECS, HDRP/URP
• Bonus: Unreal Engine experience

Salary:

40k - 60k/month - Competitive, based on experience
